What makes for good eLearning?

In our view, it is about creating something that the encourages the user to engage with learning again. There is an old Chinese proverb that says:

Tell me and I will forget

Show me and I will remember

Involve me and I will understand

For organisations, the knowledge that their employees have, can be the difference between success and failure. If we simply “show” them how things are done, they might remember it, but will they really understand it?

With our eLearning modules, we try to remember that while content is king, a learner that interacts is a learner that understands.
